My.Suit, the made-to-measure men’s clothier with three locations in New York City and White Plains, has leased the 2,300-square-foot space at 30 Broad Street, on the corner of Exchange Place. Winick Realty Group LLC Director Young Byunn represented My.Suit, which plans to open the store in late 2010. Winick Realty Group LLC’s Diana Boutross and Darrell Rubens, senior managing director, represented the landlord, Gotham Holding.
“My.Suit will be the perfect fit in Lower Manhattan, as they are going to be directly across the street from Hermes and Canali,” said Rubens and Boutross, who are still marketing 30,000 square feet on the 2nd and 3rd floors at 30 Broad Street with a private 1,000 square-foot entrance adjacent to My.Suit.
“By opening My.Suit in the Financial District, we hope to serve all of the businesspeople in the area,” said Byunn, the company’s exclusive broker. This is the first store in the Financial District for My.Suit, which currently runs locations in Herald Square and on Madison Avenue between 45th and 46th Streets. “We hope to secure a store on the Upper East Side or near Rockefeller Center next,” added Byunn.
